Isabella's passion for dance and movement blossomed at an early age. Her journey began with ballet and soon expanded to encompass a wide range of partner dances, including salsa, Brazilian zouk, and contact improvisation and fusion, among others. This exploration of diverse movement styles ultimately led her to pursue a three-year education at the IWANSON International School of Contemporary Dance, where she earned a diploma in dance pedagogy.

Driven by a profound desire to deepen her understanding of the human body, Isabella continued her studies in the UK, completing a Master of Science in Osteopathy.

Along the way, she also trained in massage therapy, further broadening her expertise.

Throughout her educational journey, Isabella has devoted herself to extensive self-study, delving into books, podcasts, workshops, and self-inquiry.

These efforts have helped her cultivate a holistic understanding of movement, health, the body-mind connection, and dance.

Her work is deeply rooted in her personal values: personal growth, self-awareness, curiosity, open-mindedness, and a trust in life's unfolding.

Isabella is committed to creating spaces—both in her teaching and her bodywork—where individuals can embark on journeys of self-discovery and self observation in a playful way. She fosters an environment that encourages open-mindedness and the ability to see the world with the eyes of love.
